3. Self Love: Loving yourself includes self care & building self-esteem and self-worth. Never Speak negative of yourself. Never let anyone put you in a conceptualized box or tell you who & what you are.
4. Purpose: Having a purpose can keep you focused and driven to achieve so that lethargy and complacency do not have a harbor for stress & trauma to create depression.
5. Creativity: Being creative in art, music, crafts, building, designing etc. is a natural cognitive antidepressant, restoring neuro chemical balance.
6. Activity: physical activity of all kinds fights depression, reducing stress by increasing serotonin, dopamine and endorphins without using pharmaceuticals or drugs.
7. Tribe: They say our vibe attracts our tribe, so in all the things, genres and niches you are interested in, seek out others who live this lifestyle and way of life. In curiosity & natural alignment, you may find where you belong in this world.
8. Work: If the work you do is not good and does not give you dignity, then immediately find work that does. If you find or create work that makes you feel good & needs are met & can provide for self & loved ones then this is better than the stress of monotony which can lead to despair & depression.
9. Laughter: Fun maxing your life, not taking it too seriously, letting go and making fun & laughter your priority brings far more success & happiness than the rigors of a system of social engineering.
10. Rest & Relaxation: Taking time to let go & be at ease, especially if your a very motivated person or someone who works a lot is extremely beneficial for healing and bonding.
11. Nature & Wildlife: Leaving the human matrix behind and stepping into the reality of nature & wildlife rehabilitates the mind, body and nervous system while decreasing stress hormones & stopping negative thought loops.
